This website
atomiclocomotive.com is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics unless and until a tracker is added, at which point this page will say so. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address and browser when the page loads. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard server logs.
The diagnostic form
When you send the form on /diagnostic/, your name, email, situation, any link you provide, your message, and the symptoms you ticked are sent to a small server function run on Cloudflare, which forwards them by email to Bill via Postmark. The function keeps a short-lived per-IP counter to slow down abuse and may verify a Cloudflare Turnstile token. Nothing is stored in a database. The email is kept in ordinary mailboxes and used only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work.
You will not be added to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
Client code and data
During a diagnostic or a run, I have access to your repository and, if the work requires it and you agree, to your hosting and production data. That access is used only for the work. Production data is not copied to my machines unless the work requires it and you say yes in writing, and it is deleted when the run ends. Credentials you give me are stored in a password manager and removed when the engagement ends; you should also rotate them, and the runbook says how.
Nothing about your app, your business, or the engagement is discussed publicly without your written agreement. The founding rate is offered in exchange for that agreement, and it is still yours to give or withhold.
Your rights
Email bill@atomiclocomotive.com to see, correct, or delete anything held about you. It will be done by hand, promptly, because there is not much of it.
